What began seven months ago as a response to a distressing A Current Affair report has evolved into a sophisticated legal and theological defense of our community’s heritage.

A formal summons was filed in the NSW Land and Environment Court against the City of Canterbury Bankstown and the Anglican Diocese of Sydney. This filing represents more than just paperwork; it is a declaration that our war memorial churches are not for sale.

Why This Matters

This case exposes a staggering double standard. While the Council has turned a "blind eye" to illegal operations mere meters away, they have aggressively targeted a consecrated site of multicultural and veteran significance.
