Leading the Legal Charge: The Fight for St Paul's Bankstown

What began seven months ago as a response to a distressing A Current Affair report has evolved into a sophisticated legal and theological defense of our community’s heritage.

Serving as the Lead Advisor for this mission, I have had the privilege of coordinating a powerhouse team dedicated to one goal: ensuring that sacred history is not bulldozed for corporate gain. This has been a monumental team effort involving some of the sharpest minds in Australian law and the steadfast residents of Save St Paul’s Bankstown Inc.

The Alliance

By bridging the gap between community advocacy and elite legal strategy, we have built a case that stands on both firm law and undeniable moral ground.

The Summons: A Line in the Sand

The culmination of our strategic planning was realized yesterday. A formal summons was filed in the NSW Land and Environment Court against the City of Canterbury Bankstown and the Anglican Diocese of Sydney. This filing represents more than just paperwork; it is a declaration that our war memorial churches are not for sale.

Why This Matters

This case exposes a staggering double standard. While the Council has turned a "blind eye" to illegal operations mere meters away, they have aggressively targeted a consecrated site of multicultural and veteran significance. As Lead Advisor, my focus has been ensuring these facts are brought to light through rigorous investigative reporting and legal precision.

All Glory to God.
