One year Support & Encouragement Group – Guided Meditations.

Hi everyone, its Shane PT4theMind and Welcome to our Sunday 3rd February twenty nineteen one-year support & Encouragement Group.  Today we are going to talk about Guided Meditations.

Living a better-feeling life really comes down to only one thing according to Abraham Hicks: coming into alignment with the Energy of our Source. Abraham reminds us that we are truly Source Energy focused into our physical bodies, and that a conscious Connection to that Broader Non-Physical part of us is necessary if we are to be the joyful Beings that we were born to be. Abraham calls that wonderful alignment Getting into the Vortex.

In this Guided Meditation and user guide Abraham has emphasized the importance of our conscious alignment with the Source within us. This meditation teaches us to be in a natural state of Being ‘inside our Vortex’ of Creation in complete alignment with Source Energy and that every aspect of our physical experience reflects our alignment with, or resistance to, that Connection.

Everything – from the physical well-being of our bodies, the clarity of our minds, and the abundance we allow to flow, to the satisfaction in every relationship we experience – is impacted by our all-important relationship with our Vortex.

From my experience to be in the vortex (from the Law of Attraction perspective) it is that feeling of happiness, contentment, or being pleasantly at ease. It is to be at peace, feel calm, be relaxed, and feeling pleasantly optimistic. Getting into the vortex is feeling as if nothing needs to change in this moment, noticing that things are generally nice, and fine, and sweet as they are right now. Being in the vortex can also be the feeling of bliss, love, fascination, excitement, joy, and exuberant enthusiasm (but, we don’t always have access to those high vibrations) so just being happy, curious, in love, or simply content, is enough.

The best routine I have found is to practise this process for 15 mins each morning.

Let’s use these affirmations to help us with meditation, repeat after me:

My mind is naturally calm and tranquil  

I can let go of my thoughts at will

I have a peaceful mind

I can detach from all concerns and worries

Meditation comes naturally to me

My meditation practice is an important part of my life

Releasing mental tension feels nice

Mental serenity is mine

I am naturally gifted at meditation

Meditation improves my health and well-being
