13 Jan One year Support & Encouragement Group – Louise Hay, Patron Saint of Affirmations.
Hi everyone its Shane and Welcome to our Sunday 13th January twenty nineteen one year support & Encouragement Group. From today all my daily podcasts will be uploaded to my YouTube channel, you can access the podcasts from 1 Jan 2019 onward on my instagram live account by following: @shanelreynolds.
Today we are going to talk about my absolutely favourite author and mentor Louise Hay and her book ‘You can heal your life’. Louise is without a doubt the patron saint of affirmations.
This book turned my life around. After I read You Can Heal Your Life I realised that salvation is within myself.
This book has been responsible for helping countless people get their lives back on track. It’s a guide on how to love yourself and to how remove negative mental processes can cause physical illness.
The book is without a doubt one of the best-known spiritual books ever released, and continues to inspire men and women all over the world to better their lives. This book alongside the bible is something everyone should read at least once in their lives.
I am going to share the audio books on my website shanereynolds.com.au click on my blog and you can access the links.
I am going to keep today short as I am invited to the Coronation of Fr Harry. Anglican Nerang and Mudgeeraba Diocese. Welcomed by Archbishop Phillip Aspinall.
Lets pray, this prayer is very special to me, part of it I used in my wedding vows:
A Prayer by Louise Hay, from “You Can Heal Your Life” In the infinity of life where I am, all is whole, perfect and complete. I am one with the Power that created me. I am totally open and receptive to the abundant flow of prosperity that the Universe offers.
All my needs and desires are met before I even ask. I am Divinely guided and protected, and I make choices that are beneficial for me. I rejoice in others’ successes, knowing there is plenty for us all. I am constantly increasing my conscious awareness of abundance, and this reflects in a constantly increasing income. My good comes from everywhere and everyone. All is well in my world.
When you read this prayer, do you feel a greater sense of expansion and possibility? Or are there parts of this prayer where you feel tension? Feeling tension can be a good thing because it shows you where your beliefs might be in conflict.
What this prayer offers is an exercise in choosing prosperity as a way of living in the world. Is it possible that there’s a greater good available for you in the world?
I encourage you to print out this prayer or look at it on your smartphone or table. Read this when you begin your day and when you end your day. Saying it out loud is even more powerful. See if you can commit to doing this practice everyday for the next 7 days. Be open to seeing what unexpected good and possibilities show up in your life.
